Both mugs with some quite heavy tarnishing throughout and surface marks from the tissue paper they were wrapped in. Would benefit from a clean and polish. Both displaying general surface wear, marks, scratches and nicks commensurate with their age and general use. The earlier mug with repairs along seam line to one side of the monogram and a small crack to rim. The other mug also with small repairs visible along seam line to one side of the handle, engraved 'Mary 1820' and there is a small area of surface damage to the interior in the same area. Hallmarks to both located below the rim, some rubbing but still clearly legible.
