Lot Description

A late Victorian silver dish, of circular form with frilled edge, the raised sides with embossed foliate and scroll design, hallmarked Fenton Brothers Ltd, Sheffield 1897, diameter 6 3/4 inches (17.5cm). Together with a small Edwardian tazza, of circular form, the raised sides with pierced vertical band within pierced circle border, raised upon a flared stem and filled spreading circular base, hallmarked Birmingham 1909, maker's mark rubbed and instinct, and a George VI footed dish with applied stylised shell rim, hallmarked Northern Goldsmiths Co, Birmingham 1938. Weight excluding tazza 11.11 ozt (345.7 grams). (3).

Pierced vertical bands to tazza have a slightly planished finish.
