A modern silver shell butter dish, the lobed edge with flat chased scrolling and foliate decoration, and raised upon three curved scroll feet. Hallmarked Hampton Utilities, Birmingham 1989. Length 5 1/4 inches (13.5 cm), weight 3.77 ozt (117.4 grams).
