A 1930's silver trophy cup for Hovis Bread, of twin-handled pedestal form and decorated with a relief panel to the front depicting a lady harvesting wheat sheaves with a scythe, against an enamel background and titled 'Hovis Ltd'. Hallmarked Birmingham 1935, probably Kirwan & Co Ltd. Height including handles 8 1/8 inches (20.5 cm), gross weight 22.27 ozt (692.7 grams).
