A Victorian silver combination cigarette and vesta case, of oblong form with hinged cover to top and hinged corner cover to base beside striker, the whole with engraved scrolling foliate decoration, and personally engraved circular panel to cover. Hallmarked Sampson Mordan & Co, London 1882. Length 3 1/2 inches (9 cm), weight 2.47 ozt (77 grams).
