A late Victorian silver vesta case, with bright cut engraved foliate scrolls, hallmarked Joseph Gloster, Birmingham 1896, plus two further similarly decorated vesta cases, hallmarks for Birmingham 1905 and 1914, also Joseph Gloster, and a florally embossed continental example marked 925. Gross weight 3.07 ozt (95.5 grams). (4).

Condition Report
All cases displaying some general tarnishing and surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with the age and use. Hinges all appear in working order. Some heavier wear around edges and corners. Slight loss of surface detail to areas of decoration but overall good. Two cases personally engraved, initials on one worn. Hallmarks mostly clear and legible.
