An early twentieth century silver matched three piece tea service, comprising teapot, sugar bowl and cream jug, each of circular form with scroll rim above engraved monogram and moulded girdle and raised on lion head capped paw feet, teapot with ebonised handle and finial to domed and hinged lid. Teapot and sugar hallmarked Edward Barnard & Sons Ltd., London 1919/20, jug hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd., London 1901. Teapot length measuring 10 1/4 inches (26 cm), weight 41.9 ozt (1303.2 grams).

Condition Report
Appears in good overall condition, displaying some tarnishing and expected surface wear, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. Hinged lid to teapot appears in good working order. Hallmarks a little rubbed but legible, some distortion to maker's marks. Jug also with a personal engraving dated 1902.
