A Burmese sapphire and diamond cluster ring. Designed as a cushion-shape pink sapphire, weighing 2.18cts, with brilliant-cut diamond surround and tapered shoulders. With report 78169-05, dated 11th July 2018, from GCS, stating Myanmar (Burma), no heat. Estimated total diamond weight 1.20cts, H-I colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Stamped 750. Ring size M. Weight 5.2gms.
