To include an oval four-claw mount with single-cut diamond surround and gallery, together with a square four-claw mount with single and baguette-cut diamond surround and shoulders and pierced heart motif gallery. One diamond deficient. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct. Stamped G18K and G14K. Total weight 9.6gms.
