ILIAS LALAOUNIS - a ruby and onyx dress ring. Designed as a graduated circular ruby cabochon collet line, atop a rectangular-shape onyx panel, with textured band. Maker's marks for Ilias Lalaounis. Stamped 750. Ring size L. Weight 18.1gms.
