A late 19th century silver and gold diamond and enamel brooch. The old-cut diamond openwork heart, to the red enamel crescent surmount. Estimated total diamond weight 1ct. Length 6cms. Weight 5gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Brooch has been adapted / altered from previous piece, comprising components of similar age.

<li>Diamonds with varied dark inclusions, some central and eye visible, minor nicks to some facets.
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Appears to have been re-enamelled, in fair to good condition with small scratches and nibbles to surface.<p>
<li>Electronically tests as silver and gold.
