A late Victorian 18ct gold ruby and diamond ring. Designed as two coiled snakes, each with a circular-shape ruby or brilliant-cut diamond crests, and circular-cut diamond eye detail. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.15ct, H-I colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1899. Ring size R1/2. Weight 7.3gms.
