Lot Description
A late Georgian gold diamond, enamel and split pearl pendant. Of circular outline, the vari-cut diamond star, atop a blue and white enamel panel, with graduated split pearl surround. Estimated total old-cut diamond weight 1ct. Length 4.8cms. Weight 21.9gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Suspended from a tapered surmount.
<li>Hinged glazed panel to the reverse.
<li>Diamonds well matched.
<li>Diamonds bright.<p>
<li>Individual size and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents accurate weight estimation.<p>
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Diamonds generally with small light and dark inclusions under 10x magnification. One of the central old-cut diamonds and some of the surrounding diamonds with small chips to the table.
<li>Split pearls with a slight yellowish discolouration.
<li>Split pearls generally in good condition, with some light nacre damage.
<li>Enamel in good to fair condition, with some light marks and abrasions focused to the central star area.
