GARRARD - an 18ct gold multi-gem necklace. Designed as an alternating series of polished dome and blue topaz, amethyst and citrine cabochon lines, with bi-colour oval spacers, to the partially concealed clasp. Maker's mark for Garrard & Co. Import marks for London, 1997. Length 42.5cms. Weight 70.3gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Slight wear to white metal plating.
<li>Some links are stretched.
<li>Gems are all in closed back settings, presumed foil back.
<li>Citrine are a well matched brownish orange hue.
<li>Amethyst are a moderately deep purple hue.
<li>Topaz are a well matched medium light blue hue.
<li>Width 0.7cm.
