Lot Description

A pair of late Victorian silver pepper casters, each of octagonal-sided and bellied form to a footed base, with removable domed cover having simple hole and stylised shape piercing. Hallmarked Thomas Bradbury & Sons, London 1895. Height including finial 4.25" (11 cm), weight 4.51 ozt (140.2 grams).

Both appear in good overall condition, displaying some general light surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing.

Both covers are a fairly loose fit to the main body

Hallmark to main body and lid, these partly rubbed but still legible.
