Lot Description

A pair of glass preserve pots and covers, of cylindrical form with star cut base, the silver mounted cover with mechanical swing handle operating hinged lid with engraved armorial to centre, together with accompanying spoons. Hallmarked Hukin & Heath Ltd, Birmingham 1911. Height excluding handle 3.75" (9.5cm).

Silver covers appear to have been re-attached to bodies, glue residue visible beneath. Covers scratched, tarnished and worn. Hinged mechanism operates.

Spoons scratched, tarnished and worn, one bowl with some compression to end, and silver gilt bowls worn and faded.
