A Victorian silver Fiddle pattern basting spoon, with engraved monogram to terminal. Hallmarked Robert Williams, Exeter, probably 1844. Length 12.25" (31cm), weight 4.76 ozt (148.1 grams).

With surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing, the bowl is in fairly good overall condition with some heavier scratches and some pitting. Hallmarks worn, mostly legible but date letter indistinct.
