Lot Description

A Victorian silver chatelaine, the shaped and pierced mount detailed in relief with the head of a lion amidst scrolls, suspending three rectangular pierced panels, supporting three hinged clips, and two cable chains also with hinged clips. Hallmarked David & Lionel Spiers, Birmingham 1888. Length approximately 6.5" (16.5cm), gross weight 1.59 ozt (49.6 grams).
