A 19th century carved ivory okimono, modelled as an aged male fisherman upstanding with one arm folded in front of his chest holding a sea shell, the other arm against his side carrying a wicker basket, upon naturalistic modelled base with impressed red seal to underside, 7.5" (19cm) high.
