A 19th century carved ivory okimono, modelled as a standing aged male holding a young child in his arm against his chest, upon naturalistic base, with impressed red and black seal to underside, 5.75" (14.5cm) high, together with another similar figure, modelled as a male dressed in a coolie style hat and traditional clothes, carrying a wicker basket upon his waist and a staff within his hands, 6.25" (16cm) high.
