A 19th century Cantonese carved ivory visiting card case, of rectangular form with removable cover, the front and back with carved scenes of figures, pagodas and trees, (s/d), 3.25" (8.25cm) high, together with a 19th century tortoiseshell veneered visiting card case, with inlaid mother of pearl floral decoration and hinged opening cover, (s/d), 4" (10cm) high, a 19th century mother of pearl veneered visiting card case, with floral and scroll decoration, (s/d), 4" (10cm) high, and another example of embossed leather form, 3.75" (9.5cm) high.
