A late Victorian silver and gold natural pearl and turquoise fringe necklace.

Verbal from GCS, stating natural, saltwater pearls.
Length 38.5cms. 18.8gms.

<li>Overall condition very good.

<li>Back chain detachable by hook fittings.

<li>Some discolouration typical of age.

<li>Pearls are a well matched slightly creamy white colour, with some rose and greenish overtone. Typical slightly irregular surface features.

<li>Estimated dimensions of largest pearl: 6.2 by 6.1 by 4mms and smallest pearl: 4 by 3.8 by 2.5mms.

<li>Turquoise well matched.

<li>Turquoise and pearls in good contrition, with minor abrasions.

<li>Length of principal drop to fringe 3.4cms.

<li>Length of fringe section 19cms.
