A pair of modern silver sauce boats, each of plain bellied form and decorated with an oblique gadroon rim, with leaf capped flying scroll handles, and raised on three shell supports to stepped hoof feet, hallmarked Roberts & Belk Ltd, Sheffield 1970, length 6.25" (16cm). Together with a further example, of similar design, hallmarked Hampton Utilities, Birmingham 1962, length 6.75" (17cm). Total weight 25.8ozt (803.2 grams). (3).
