Full Lot Description
A Japanese silver mounted table smoking set, comprising cigarette and ashtray boxes with removable lids, a matchbox case raised upon four feet, and a tray, all of plain rectangular form with wooden liners, the ashtray with additional glass liner, in original fitted case, retailed by Mitsukoshi Ltd. Marked with 'Jungin' character mark for silver. Length of tray 13.75" (35cm), length of cigarette box 5.25" (13.5cm).

<li>In overall good condition, displaying general surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with the age and use.
<li>Some areas of tarnishing that would benefit from a clean and polish.
<li>Silver corner mounts to tray loose in places, with some losses to wooden areas.
<li>Some debris remaining from previous use.
<li>Matches included with set.
<li>Some fraying and tears to material lining of case, with further surface wear, marks and losses to exterior of case.
<li>Character marks are clear and legible.
<li>Jungin marks to all but liner to ashtray. Liner is not testing as silver.
