Full Lot Description
A Tiffany & Co. sterling silver travelling lamp of plain cylindrical form, the case with an open front that can be closed by turning the front pull out stand containing a candle and decorated to the base with a pierced sweet wrapper style band, the hinged lid with two hinged hooks and impressed to the reverse with maker's mark and date code 4933 M 6007 indicating a production date circa 1880 -1891. Height when not extended 5.75" (14.5cm), total gross weight 13.47 ozt (419 grams).
