A 9ct gold peridot and brilliant-cut diamond ring, estimated total diamond weight 0.03ct, hallmarks for Birmingham, 2000, ring size Q1/2, 1.7gms.
A 9ct gold sapphire and single-cut diamond split-shouldered ring, estimated total diamond weight 0.02ct, hallmarks for Birmingham, 1979, ring size L, 3.3gms.

<li>All rings with light surface scratches, particularly the split-shouldered ring, in keeping with light wear.<p>
<li>Floral cluster ring with evidence of two past resizings; band thinning to back.<p>
<li>Aquamarines light sky blue, good clarity, one with a chip to the edge of its table facet.<p>
<li>Single-cut diamond fairly bright.<p>
<li>Maker's mark 'CL&S'.<p>
<li>Width of cluster 1cm.<p>
<li>Peridot light yellow green, fairly well saturated, with good clarity; chipped facet edges and fine abrasions to the table facet.<p>
<li>One brilliant-cut diamond with fracture to table facet.<p>
<li>Maker's mark 'QVC'.<p>
<li>Split-shouldered ring with areas of discolouration to the inside of the band.<p>
<li>Sapphire dark blue, well saturated; with chips to facet edges.<p>
