An early to mid 19th century gold garnet and chrysoberyl ring, with scrolling shoulders.

Ring size L. 2.3gms.

<li>General light marks, discolouration, small scratches and wear. Band is slightly out of shape and has been resized, soft solder visible to inside of band.

<li>Garnet is slightly loose in setting. Some claws deficient.  
<li>Chrysoberyl are a well matched light medium greenish yellow. Significant abrasions.
<li>Garnet with chip under a claw, abrasion to facet edges.
<li>Garnet is a deep purplish red hue, well saturated with good clarity.
