Lot Description

An early 19th century bi-colour gold turquoise and floral cannetille drop necklace.

French ram's head mark. Length 37cms. 38.6gms.

Varied discolouration.
Surface scratches and small marks.
Small loss to the cannetille to the clasp.
Length of central drop 6.3cms.
Drops are detachable, the central drop is two sections.
One circular link three from the clasp tongue has central hook and detaches from hooks to either side.
Turquoise appear a light medium blue through deep slightly bluish green. Varied discolouration.
One pear-shape turquoise cabochon is cracked with associated small chip.
