A late Victorian silver mounted and agate paper knife, having entwined serpent decoration. Hallmarked Arthur Willmore Pennington, Birmingham 1896. Length 7.75" (19cm).

- Item shows some general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing.
- Terminal to agate shows some chipping.
- Serpent tail is loose to and lifted from agate, only from the last coil, and shows some polish residue between coils.
- Maker's mark to knife mount is rubbed.
