Lot Description

A late 19th century silver and gold, old and rose-cut diamond wreath brooch.

Estimated total old-cut diamond weight 2.20cts, G-I colour, VS2-P1 clarity.
Diameter 3.7cms. 14.1gms.

Replacement fittings.
Fairly recently re-plated in white metal.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Cut, size and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents accurate weight, colour and clarity assessment.
Two old-cut diamonds with nicks at the girdle. Rose-cut diamonds variously nicked/chipped.
