An Edwardian silver vesta case, of oval, planished design with push lock hinged lid. Hallmarked probably Edwin Henry Watts, London 1904. Length 2.75" (7cm), gross weight 1.46 ozt (45.6 grams).

- Item is tired condition, showing some general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing.
- Item displays significant bashes and compressions across central body.
- Push lock is in working order, but lid wobbles upon rim when secured. Lid also wobbles on hinge.
- Recesses to planished effect to top and base of item show darker tarnishing.
- Interior shows some thick polish residue.
- Hallmarks are clear and legible. Lid is hallmarked to interior.
