Full Lot Description
A silver and glass butter dish, of fluid, shaped form, the silver tray with scrolled border and twin handles and matched butter knife of conforming design, the glass dish with hobnail and vertical decoration to sides. Hallmarked Lee & Wigfull (Henry Wigfull), Sheffield 1894 and 1912. Length of tray 20.3cm, overall silver weight 6.4ozt (201g).

- Items are in fair condition, in keeping with age and use, showing general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing.
- Silver is very bright and shiny.
- Item wobbles slightly on base.
- Glass is in good condition, showing some very minor nibbling to base.
- Hallmarks are clear and legible. Maker's mark to tray is slightly rubbed.
- Blade to knife is quite deeply scratched.
