A pair of Victorian gold rose-cut diamond and red enamel poppy earrings.
Diameter 1.9cms. 8.1gms.

Condition Report
Surface scratches and minor marks.
Enamel with small chip and associated cracks to the corner of one petal.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.
Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
Replacement hinged clip fittings for non-pierced ears. Discolouration and small marks visible.
Replacement fittings electronically test as silver.
Reverse of petals electronically test as approximately 21ct gold, presumed interference from gilt finish.
Fellows uses a Thermo Scientific Nitron Handheld XRF Analyser to test metals. This technology is limited to examining metal to a depth of approximately 8 microns.
