Lot Description

A mid Victorian bicolour gold ruby, split pearl and turquoise floral ring.

Ring size K1/2. 2.3gms.

Surface scratches and minor marks.
Turquoise are a medium blue and deep slightly bluish green.
Split pearls appear well matched. Slight discolourations, one with wear to the nacre.
Ruby is in a closed, presumed foil back setting and appears a deep red. Facet-edge abrasions. Slight gapping at mount, possible replacement.
Width 0.9cm.
