A 19th century gold snake-link bracelet, with garnet padlock clasp.

Surface scratches and minor marks.
Traces of filt finish remain.
Safety chain presumed later.
Padlock has minor fissure and area of wear to the engraving.
Garnet is in a closed back, presumed foil back setting and appears a deep red. Slight abrasions.
Glased locket compartment to reverse.
Length of padlock 3.5cms.
