An opal and old-cut diamond cluster pendant, with 9ct gold chain.
Approximate opal dimensions 13.4 by 9.8 by 7.6mm.
Estimated total diamond weight 2.40ct, H-J colour, VS-SI clarity.
Chain with hallmarks for Sheffield.
