An American sterling silver cocktail shaker, of typical tapering form, monogram engraved, the pull-off cover with sieve and further removable lid. Maker's mark to base for Gorham Mfg. Co., (Providence, RI, 1865- ), also marked Sterling and numbered A9556. Height 21.5cm, gross weight 10.16ozt (316g).

Condition Report
- Appears very dirty and heavily tarnished all over and in need of a clean.
- Showing several dints and bashes throughout.
- With knocks around the main rim and the rim of the cover and inner rim, causing them to appear a little misshapen.
- Also some knocks around edge of base.
- Main cover and smaller lid are a tight fit.
- Maker's mark located to base, these are a little rubbed but still legible.
- Main cover and lid do not appear to be marked.
