An Edwardian silver tobacco or snuff box, of circular pebble shape and engraved all over with foliate scrolls, with squeeze opening flush hinge lid. Hallmarked William M Hayes, Birmingham 1901. Diameter 7.5cm, gross weight 2.3ozt (71.6g)

- Displaying some general light surface wear, marks and scratches
- Some general tarnishing all over, and blackening/residues to some crevices
- Engraved decoration still appears fairly bright
- The squeeze opening action appears in good working order; and closes flush and securely
- Some heavier stained marks inside and to reverse of lid
- Hallmarks located inside and these all clear and legible
