- Note 1 - heavy handling creases and dirt residue throughout. Corners well worn.
- Note 2 - light handling creases throughout, possible evidence of previous central vertical fold. Minor spots of discolouration.
- Note 3 - handling creases throughout, possible evidence of previous central vertical fold. '5' on biro at top. Slight patches of discolouration.
- Note 4 - Previous fold marks visible, three vertical lines, one horizontal, handling marks visible throughout. Pencil markings on the back.
