Sapphire and diamond ring

Surface scratches and minor marks.
Band resized, slight marks and discolouration. 
Later sizing beads to the inside of the band, ring size is approximate only. 
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Sapphire appears a medium deep blue. Noticeable colour zoning, appearing near colourless when viewed from one side. 
Estimated dimensions of ring head 2.6 by 2.4cms.
Electronically tests as platinum.
Fellows uses a Thermo Scientific Nitron Handheld XRF Analyser to test metals. This technology is limited to examining metal to a depth of approximately 8 microns. 
Fellows does not guarantee the standard of gold or platinum unless an item is hallmarked. Results from electronically tested items should only be used as a guide and with caution, as false readings are possible.
