Full Lot Description
A late Victorian 18ct gold agate combination compass, locket and seal fob.
Partial hallmarks, indistinct, stamped 18.
Length 3.1cm.

Condition Report
Scratches and small marks.
Domed section shows noticeable dents, causing slight difficulty to the rotational movement, and varied scratches.
Main component is supported by four arms, one is hinged with a pin to secure in either the agate fob or hemispherical locket section.
One arm (opposite hinged arm) is slightly bent outwards.
Hinged arm with Victorian kite registration mark, worn, indistinct.
Marked to surmount loop with crown and 18, maker's mark CS.
Stated length includes surmount loop.
Agate is engraved with Gothic script initials ARA.
Locket section opens to reveal a compass and one glazed compartment.
