A George V Arts and Crafts silver twin-handled trophy cup, the wide bowl with grotesque dog or dragon head handles, upon a slender pedestal with rivetted detail, the rim edge engraved 'The Cherry Blossom Challenge Cup, Presented by Lord Wrottesley for the best Dachshund Bitch', the bowl engraved 'Awarded to Mr T.A Levers Ch Rusholme Schone K.C.S 1913, Mr C. Woodhead Brandesburton Caprice, Richmond 1914'. Hallmarked George Nathan & Ridley Hayes, Chester 1912. Height 14.5cm, weight 10.18ozt (316.7g).
