A George V plain silver hip flask, of rounded rectangular form, the flat top lid on hinged arm and with bayonet closure. Hallmarked A & J Zimmerman Ltd., Birmingham 1920. Height 15cm, gross weight 6.81ozt (212g).

Condition Report
- Displaying some general surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with the age and use
- With some fairly heavy tarnishing all over and would benefit from a clean
- Some little surface dints and nicks all over, including to the lid
- There is a small patch on one side where the surface appears pitted
- Visible seam all around edge with some possible little repairs
- Hinged and bayonet closure appear in good working order and it closes securely
- Hallmarks located to base, rubbed in parts but all legible; further lion passant to the hinged arm
