A pair of early 19th century silver mounted wig spectacles with folding stems, maker's mark for Mary Ann Holmes (c. 1829-1836), contained within a papier-mâché case with inset mother of pearl. Case measures 15.5cm x 3.5cm x 1cm.

Condition Report
- Two further indistinct marks to the arms of the glasses, possibly lion passant and leopard head but punches very blackened
- The glasses seem a little mis-shapen / bent
