A set of six George V silver-gilt novelty animal menu or place name holders, comprising four game birds, probably pheasant, grouse, snipe and duck, plus two dogs, each modelled standing on an oval base. Hallmarked C & C Hodgetts, Birmingham 1913. Length of each base 4.2cm, total gross weight 3.09ozt (96.2g).

- All six pieces appear in good overall condition, displaying some light surface wear, marks and scratches
- Some light tarnishing to the metal and a little blackening to some areas
- Light surface wear and rubbing to each piece with some slight loss of detail to areas of the decoration, but overall in good order and retaining much of the detail
- All hallmarks clear and legible
- Each piece also stamped 'RD. 603046'
