A mid-Victorian silver six division toast rack, the open oblong stretcher base on scrolled feet, supporting seven shaped bars with scrolled upright handle to the centre. Hallmarked William Evans, London 1864. Length 16cm, height to handle 15cm, weight 9.13ozt (284g).

Condition Report
- Displaying some surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with the age and general use
- With some general tarnishing all over and a little blackening with residues of dried polish to many areas and crevices
- Slight knocks to some of the bars and consequently some of them are at slightly different angles
- Engraved crest to handle
- Hallmarks located to one edge of the base, punches blackened and filled with dried polish but marks are still all clear and legible
