A modern silver sugar caster, octagonal-sided with baluster body to a stepped foot, and pull off domed cover with stylised foliate piercing. Hallmarked Deakin & Francis Ltd., Birmingham 1972. Height to finial 15cm, weight 3.99ozt (124g).

Condition Report
- Appears in good overall condition, displaying some general light surface wear, marks and scratches
- Tarnishing to some areas, particularly to the foot and underside and to the interior of the cover
- Residues of dried polish to some areas and crevices
- A couple of minor surface dints along one of the ridges of the body
- Cover fits well and securely to body
- Hallmarks located to base, sticky residues over the marks but all still clearly legible, with further date letter and lion passant to cover
