A late George III silver basting spoon, in plain Old English pattern with monogram engraved terminal. Hallmarked Sarah & John William Blake, London 1814. Length 29.5cm, weight 3.4ozt (106g).

Condition Report
- Appears heavily tarnished all over and in need of a clean
- Displaying some general surface wear, marks, scratches and minor nicks, commensurate with the age and use
- Bowl showing some slightly heavier wear and nicks around the edges and tip, but has generally faired ok
- Hallmarks located to the reverse of of the terminal, punches are filled with residues of dried polish but marks are all still clearly legible
