Dog brooch, by Buccellati

Surface scratches and minor marks. Varied discolouration.
Possible file marks to underside of the dogs belly.
Wires forming the tail show varied dents.
Engraved Buccellati to the reverse of the collar. 
Rubies appear well matched with a deep medium slightly purplish red. 
One ruby chipped, another with unevenness to the table.
Black enamel with uneven surface.
