Lot Description

The figural pedestal depicting a cupid or possibly Psyche riding a lion, bloodstone carved with motto 'Avant Sans Peur' and rampant lion.

Dimensions: Length 2.3cms.

Surface scratches and minor marks. General discolourations.
Moderate wear to highlights/finish. 
Tricolour gold.
Surmount loop deficient. 
Bloodstone carved with monogram AM. 
Possibly relates to the Karr/Ker family, possibly the Seton-Karrs. 
Electronically tests as approximately 18ct gold.
